Water Marking

Water Marking will NOT appear on purchased prints and is used for the sole purpose of protecting the copyright owner against fraudulent use of the images displayed on this website.

Colour Variations

Please be aware that various viewing devices, such as, monitors, mobile phones (cell phones) may reproduce slight colour variations between the image viewed and the final print received by you.

Pricing

Pricing of the images appearing on this website are for personal and private display only. 

All commercial inquiries should be directed to Brian Luxton Photography via the site email address.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to any price change are excluded and not subject to change.

Delivery

All charges for delivery include postage and packaging. Three prints of any size up to and including 12" x 18" or one print of size 20" x 30" will be dispatched in a single shipment on the pricing shown.

Copyright

The photographer retains full copyright of all images purchased. Purchased images may NOT be photocopied, scanned, photographed or reproduced in any way by the purchaser or third party. Images may NOT be entered in competitions or reproduced in any form of print or visual display media.

The Photographer reserves all rights to all images and content appearing on this website.
